EZRA BLUEPRINT MRI
In mid-February I headed to Beverly Hills. After two 60-minute sessions in a closed MRI, a few days of waiting, and the results were shared.
I'm healthy. All recent creaks were detected and confirmed.
My BrainKey Age is 54 years.
My heart calcium score is ZERO. It doesn't get any better than that.
For a little while I was overwhelmed with data. Bloodwork. MRI. Microbiome.
Currently, my personal ethos: let diet and mindset do the heavy lifting.
Am taking 1 capsule of probiotic per day. Looking to hit a reset by adding more fermented foods.
Other than that -- not changing a thing.
At Don't Die LA in January, scored a BIOHM kit for $250.00. Sent in the poop sample. What better way to get to know one's biome?
The results vex me. Aiming for an 8/10 or higher. Have reduced, but not eliminated, refined sugar. I'll recheck in 90 days.
BIOHM provided a Longevity Gut Score. This left me perplexed. Who knew things were in such bad shape? Gonna hit this with food based probiotics: miso, yogurt, kombucha. We'll see...
Tested through TruDiagnostic labs. Most recent results from January 2025.
I've completed three assessments.
5 more years to go.

I'm number 84 in the Rejuvenation Olympics
When I was a wee lass of 56.3 (calendar) years, my TruMe age was 45.8 years. Not too shabby.
My TruMe age has declined over the past 18 months, while my calendar age has (duh) continued to roll along merrily.
In June of 2023, I joined ZOE. I sent a poop sample, ate a few muffins and sent a blood sample. The results are above.
I was surprised regarding the Blood Fat Control. But that was an easy fix, I cut out all saturated fat. I wore a CGM (continuous glucose monitor). For a few months I logged all my meals and when it became arduous I discontinued my membership.

I use the Levels Health app. I don't go "crazy." In general, peeking at these metrics is enough for me. I have several gadgets at home to check my heart rate, blood oxygen levels, etc. Being slightly out of range on the A1c and Triglycerides is not a major concern. I'll adjust my food, reduce the intake of the things that pushed me out of "in range." At the moment, "It's all good."
